Orders & Delivery
Delivery is free for all orders over €50.00. Orders under €50 incur a fee of €4.95 to cover the cost of shipping and packaging. Orders will usually be despatched within 1 - 3 of an order being placed. If there are any delays in dispatching your order, we will let you know.
Orders will be despatched via An Post.
The goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the delivery address provided by you on the order form. A signature may be required to confirm delivery.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If however we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
Shipping/Delivery charges refer to orders delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Please contact us for shipping charges outside of Ireland.
Returns & Refunds
PERISHABLE - PASTEPOT ITEMS
We are very proud of our paste pots. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order. If any paste pot is ordered by mistake and has been dispatched before notifying us, unfortunately it will be non returnable/refundable.
If after this you are still dissatisfied with the quality of the pastepots, we will ask you to take pictures and or videos of the product where possible, and send them via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If we believe for whatever reason the quality of paste pots has been jeopardised in transit we will issue a refund or credit.
We may request the item to be returned to us before any replacements or refunds are made.
Please contact email@example.com. We will be more than happy to sort out any problems.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will not accept returns or refunds on:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
