The Red Curry Paste can be used to replicate many popular dishes from Thailand and other countries. It is perfect for making curries and a range of different dishes. The paste is plant-based and gluten-free, made in Ireland. The red paste (which happens to be a favourite of mine) has the most heat and has subtle undertones of smoky paprika and cinnamon. It goes excellently with Tofu but also red meat. One jar feeds up to four people and can be stored in the fridge or freezer. You can use the Red Curry Paste for plant-based and meat recipes. Just follow the instructions on the back of the pack to fill your kitchen with unique, intoxicating flavours. The packaging on the pots is also easily recyclable.
